Algarve might be known for its warm waters in the Summer, but Porto and Madeira also offer great beaches. See our articles on the best beaches in Portugal.

If we are looking at the East Coast, the distance between New York and Portugal is about 3,360 miles and can take around 7 hours, more or less, by plane. See our article on Getting to Portugal.
